Annuario dei Migliori Vini Italiani 2021, 93/100 points for the Consolare 2016
The Consolare 2016 gets a score of 93/100 point from Luca Maroni's wine guide. This is one of our new labels, a symbol of the stylistic renewal project of which our company is protagonist. Also the classics Rubro 2018 and Bianco del Cavaliere 2019 also receive a score of over 90/100 points.

The Consolare is a blend of Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. The grapes are harvested by hand and macerated for 20 days in contact with skins in steel tanks. The deep concentration is obtained through a 20% draining procedure. Finally the wine is aged for 15 months in French oak barrels. It's a complex, powerful and robust wine for special occasions. It goes well with aromatic dishes, usually braised beef or game meat.
